Injectables

Our injectables are meant to enhance face and body appearance, reduce signs of aging and address certain skin concerns

Welcome to DMC’s Injection Services

Our injectable treatments are led by Dr Dina Sabih and Dr Sail Abu Saif. Every plan starts with a conversation about what you would like to change, and an honest view of what injectables can and cannot do for you.

Some patients come to soften a line that has started to bother them. Others want to restore volume that has gradually been lost. We approach both the same way: conservatively, with products our team knows well, and in doses we can build on at a later visit if you decide you would like more.

You will always know what is being injected, where, and why before we begin.

Derma Fillers

Fillers restore volume, refine facial contours and soften static lines. The most widely used are hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvéderm and Restylane, which add volume and help the skin hold water.
Injectables

Hyaluronic Acid

Most fillers use hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring substance in the skin that helps retain moisture. HA fillers are popular because they can be dissolved if needed, making them safe and flexible. Other options include calcium hydroxylapatite and poly-L-lactic acid, which stimulate collagen for longer-lasting results.

Treatment Areas

  • Cheeks — restore youthful roundness
  • Lips — enhance shape, volume, and definition
  • Nasolabial folds — soften smile lines
  • Marionette lines — reduce shadows around the mouth
  • Under-eye hollows — minimize a tired, sunken look

Benefits of Fillers

  • Immediate, visible results
  • Long-lasting effects (≈6 months to 2 years, depending on filler type)
  • Customizable—from subtle to more dramatic
  • Natural rejuvenation without surgery

What to Expect During and After Treatment
Both Botox and filler treatments are minimally invasive and require little to no downtime. Here’s what to expect:

What to Expect

During Treatment

  • Botox: tiny injections into specific muscles
  • Fillers: placed beneath the skin to add volume
  • Topical anesthetic may be applied for comfort

After Treatment

  • Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur and typically settles quickly
  • No extended downtime—return to normal activities the same day
  • Results look natural and enhance your features rather than change them

*Always follow your provider’s after-care instructions.

Injectables

Calcium Hydroxylapatite (Radiesse)

A biostimulatory filler (such as Radiesse) that helps the body produce new collagen—adding structure and lift while improving definition.

Key Benefits

  • Stimulates collagen production
  • Provides structure and lift
  • Effective for deeper wrinkles and cheek augmentation

Injectables

Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA)

These injectables go beyond surface results by stimulating collagen deep within the skin, helping to gradually restore structure and firmness over time.

Popular Options

Sculptra Lanluma (face & body) Aesthefill Rich

Brands may vary by region and provider.

Key Benefits

  • Works gradually by boosting collagen
  • Long-lasting results (up to ~2 years)
  • Excellent for restoring volume in temples and cheeks

Best for: sagging, loss of firmness, and long-term rejuvenation.

Injectables

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

PRP utilizes the patient’s own blood to rejuvenate skin and hair. It can be
performed alone or in combination with other treatments for enhanced
results.

How It Works

  • A small amount of your blood is taken to extract the plasma, which is
then injected back into the skin.
  • PRP uses your body’s own platelets, rich in growth factors, to repair
and regenerate tissue. It’s effective for both face and hair.

Key Uses

  • Face: improves texture, fine lines, and acne scars
  • Hair: supports natural rejuvenation and density

Injectables

Sclerotherapy

A medical procedure used to treat spider veins and small varicose veins. A solution is injected into the
affected veins, causing them to collapse and gradually fade. It is minimally invasive with little to no downtime.

How It Works

  • The target vein is identified and the skin is cleansed
  • A sclerosing solution is injected into the vein
  • The vein walls stick together, blood reroutes, and the vein is absorbed over time

Key Benefits

  • Minimally invasive, clinic-based treatment
  • Little to no downtime—return to normal activities quickly
  • Reduces the appearance of spider veins and small varicose veins
  • Gradual, predictable fading of treated veins

Best for: visible spider veins and small varicose veins (commonly on the legs).

Injectables

Allograft Fat Matrix (Adipose Matrix)

A non-surgical injectable that uses a fat matrix derived from donor tissue to restore lost volume and enhance skin texture.
It stimulates your body to regenerate its own fat—ideal for natural-looking contouring and skin rejuvenation without surgery.

How It Works

  • The adipose (fat) matrix is injected into targeted areas
  • Acts as a scaffold that encourages your body to regenerate its own fat
  • Gradual improvement in fullness, contour, and skin quality over time

Key Benefits

  • Natural-looking volume restoration
  • Improves skin texture and quality
  • Minimally invasive; no surgery required
  • Progressive, long-lasting results as your own tissue regenerates

Best for: subtle contouring, volume loss, and overall skin rejuvenation.

Common Treatment Areas

Cheeks
Temples
Jawline
Nasolabial region
Hands (texture/volume)

Areas depend on individual assessment and provider recommendation.

Injectables

Botox / Botulinum Toxin

One of the most recognized names in cosmetic industry for good reason. We use Dysport, Botulax, and Nabota, all officially approved and registered by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Derived from botulinum toxin, Botox works by temporarily blocking nerve signals that cause muscles to contract. By relaxing these muscles, Botox smooths out dynamic wrinkles—the ones that form from repeated facial expressions like smiling, frowning, or squinting.

Common Treatment Areas

  • Frown lines — between the brows (glabella)
  • Crow’s feet — around the eyes
  • Forehead lines
  • Bunny lines — on the nose

Key Benefits

  • Quick procedure, often called a “lunchtime treatment”.
  • Minimal discomfort and no surgical risks.
  • Results visible within 3-7 days.
  • Effects lasting 3-6 months.
  • FDA – approved for both cosmetic and medical use.

Beyond Aesthetics

Botox is also widely used in medicine, for chronic migraines, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and muscle spasms. This versatility makes it one of the most trusted treatments in the industry.

Advanced Regenerative Treatments

  1. Exosomes:
  • For the face: tiny extracellular vesicles carrying growth factors and peptides that support skin repair, encourage collagen production, and improve texture, tone and radiance.
  • For the hair: bioactive particles that act on the hair follicle to support stronger, denser growth and a calmer scalp.

Best for: patients who want to improve skin or hair quality gradually, without surgery.

  1. Micro and Nano Fat Transfer

Uses your own fat cells to restore volume in the face and hands. Because the material is your own tissue, the result tends to settle naturally, and for most patients it lasts several years before a top-up is considered.

Targeted Treatments
  • Under-eye rejuvenation: for dark circles, puffiness and hollowing beneath the eye.
  • Light Eyes & Eyebelix: formulas made for the thinner, more delicate skin around the eye.
  • Specialised boosters: salmon DNA, Jalupro and similar options, chosen to suit your skin rather than applied to everyone.
  1. Regenerative treatments beyond injectables

We also run a separate regenerative programme, including stem cell treatments delivered in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Center. Eligibility, how sessions are structured and what to expect are set out on our stem cell therapy page.
